Collab invites overview
As a Creator, you can participate in collab invites (aka Target Collaborations), which allow you to earn commission by promoting specific products on behalf of sellers. Collab invites are invite-only — you can begin promoting products immediately after receiving an invitation from the seller.
How to accept collab invites
Step 1: You can access collab invites from two places — one of which is in your TikTok Shop inbox, which is found in your TikTok inbox.
Step 2: The second place you can find collab invites is in the TikTok Shop Creator Center. On the collab invites page you can:
- See a list of Featured Invites for you
- See a list of the Best products from invites
- Click on All collab invites at the affiliate of the page to see all of your invites
- Click into each Collab Invite to see more details and add the products to your Showcase
- Save invites
Step 3: When you click into Featured invites for you, you’ll be taken to the collab invites page with the Featured filter applied. You can remove this filter to see all collab invites, and you can add other filters (such as store ratings, official sellers, higher commissions, and saved invites) and sort the invitations to find the right products. Click into each invitation to see more details or add them to your Showcase.
Step 4: When exploring Invitations, you can look for tags such as higher commission and free products, which help you determine which invitations will offer you a higher commission rate or free product samples.
Step 5: When you click on an invite, you will see the full invitation page, which includes a message from the seller and a list of products you can add to your Showcase.
Step 6: You can save invitations to refer to them later. Click on Saved to view them.
