Access to abortion treatments is a major challenge for many. As a public health social scientist who has studied abortion safety and access for over a decade, I was curious to see how this new treatment model compares to previous models. In our new study, my colleagues and I found that screening patients based on medical history instead of physical exams or ultrasounds is just as safe and effective as personality tests and other basic tests

To compare the safety and effectiveness of these two treatment models, my colleagues and I collected plot data from approximately 2200 patients from 12 clinics across the United States. 42% visited a telemedicine service and received Medicine for Abortion in Dubai through the mail.
